The Ministry of Transport of Thailand initiated this project to improve traffic monitoring and safety on rural roads in various provinces across the country. The company handles production, installation, and operation, ensuring continuous monitoring over the years. iWiM technicians, in conjunction with the client&#8217;s team, planned and programmed the system installation. They developed the technical drawings for each site and monitored the completion of the work.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:509\">iWiM specialists customized the BISON software interface in the Thai language. This ensured seamless integration with the client&#8217;s systems, such as ANPR and context cameras. During the installation phase, iWiM provided on-site support to the client&#8217;s technical teams. Additionally, iWiM personnel organized training sessions for the client&#8217;s technical and management teams, as well as end-users from the Rural Road Department. Together, they conducted system checks, calibration, and implemented vehicle classification tailored to Thailand&#8217;s traffic patterns. The team also incorporated Thai vehicle classes into the software algorithm for classification. Once calibrated, the systems passed the Ministry&#8217;s acceptance tests, marking a significant achievement in advancing road safety.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:286\">iWiM provides ongoing remote support for system operation and user needs.
