Dynamic Weighing for High-Speed Heavy Equipment Control<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We open 2025 with a new installation<\/strong> completed between January and February in Uruguay, entirely dedicated to dynamic weighing<\/strong> and road monitoring<\/strong>.<\/p>

During our recent trip, we successfully completed the installation<\/strong> of the BISONTE (Weigh In Motion) dynamic weighing system<\/strong>, designed to detect the weights of heavy vehicles<\/strong> even at high speeds<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The weather<\/strong> was particularly warm, not only because of the high seasonal temperatures<\/strong> (up to 40 degrees), but also because of the hospitality of the people<\/strong> and the availability of our partners<\/strong>.<\/p>

The installation<\/strong> took place near Minas<\/strong>, a picturesque town in the Uruguayan hinterland<\/strong>, capital of the department of Lavalleja<\/strong>.<\/p>

This region<\/strong> is renowned for its hilly landscapes<\/strong> and strong agro-pastoral tradition<\/strong>, elements that make it a strategic hub<\/strong> for the transit of goods<\/strong> on a national scale.<\/p>

In particular, Minas<\/strong> is located on a logistics corridor<\/strong> of primary importance, where timber<\/strong>, livestock<\/strong> and agricultural products<\/strong> from the northern regions of the country are conveyed to the south, with Montevideo<\/strong> as their main destination.<\/p>

Our BISON system<\/strong> has been positioned along one of the busiest connecting arteries<\/strong> in Uruguay, essential for maintaining the constant flow of heavy vehicles<\/strong>.<\/p>

The daily passage of trucks loaded with vital resources<\/strong> for the local economy<\/strong> (and beyond) makes the surveillance<\/strong> and measurement of loads<\/strong> a crucial element in ensuring road safety<\/strong> and the preservation of infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/p>

With this installation<\/strong>, we aim to significantly improve traffic management<\/strong> and support the economic growth of the region<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A Promising Collaboration for Road Safety in Uruguay<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A key element of the success was excellent coordination<\/strong>: adequate equipment<\/strong>, highly qualified staff<\/strong> and precise planning<\/strong> made it possible to complete the entire work without any hitches or unforeseen events.<\/p>

Despite the temperature peaks<\/strong>, the BISON system<\/strong> has reconfirmed its reliability<\/strong>: dynamic weighing<\/strong> operates unchanged even in extreme climatic conditions<\/strong>, without being affected by temperature variations<\/strong>.<\/p>

This installation<\/strong> marks the beginning of a promising collaboration<\/strong> with the aim of improving road safety<\/strong> and ensuring increasingly efficient monitoring of heavy vehicles<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
