Dynamic Weighing for Heavy Vehicle Control at High Speed<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We started 2025<\/strong> with a new installation completed between January and February in Uruguay<\/strong><\/a>, fully dedicated to Weigh In Motion (WIM) technology<\/strong> and traffic monitoring<\/strong>.
During our recent trip, we successfully completed the installation of the BISON Weigh In Motion system<\/strong><\/a>, designed to accurately detect the weight of heavy vehicles even at high speeds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The environment was particularly challenging<\/strong>, not only due to extreme weather conditions<\/strong> but also enriched by the warm hospitality and collaboration of our partners<\/strong>.<\/p>

The installation took place near Minas<\/strong>, a picturesque town in the Uruguayan hinterland<\/strong>, and the capital of the Lavalleja Department<\/strong>.<\/p>

This area is well known for its rolling landscapes<\/strong> and strong agricultural and livestock traditions<\/strong>, making it a strategic hub<\/strong> for national freight transport.
Minas, in particular, lies along a key logistics corridor<\/strong> where timber, livestock, and agricultural products<\/strong> from the northern regions of the country are transported south, mainly to Montevideo<\/strong>.<\/p>

Our BISON system<\/strong> was installed along one of Uruguay\u2019s busiest transport arteries, crucial for maintaining the continuous flow of heavy vehicles<\/strong>.
The daily passage of fully loaded trucks<\/strong> carrying vital resources for both the local and national economy<\/strong> makes load monitoring essential for ensuring road safety<\/strong> and infrastructure protection<\/strong>.<\/p>

With this installation, we aim to significantly improve traffic management<\/strong> and support the region\u2019s economic growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Despite extreme environmental conditions<\/strong>, the BISON system<\/strong> once again proved its reliability<\/strong>\u2014the WIM technology continues to operate flawlessly even under challenging climates, unaffected by temperature variations<\/strong>.<\/p>
